Anna’s Pizza
Ingredients
· Self Rising Flour (1 kg bag of flour makes 3 pizzas)
· Yeast
· Water
· Salt
· Egg
Mix yeast with hot water until dissolved (2 tsps yeast per kg of flour).
Add yeast mixture, 1 egg, 2 tsps salt to flour. Add cold water and mix with your hands until dough is formed. Add flour to mixture as needed.
The dough is perfect when it is no longer sticking to your fingers.
Divide dough into individual balls (each one about the size of 2 fists).
Cover dough and let rise for 1 ½ to 2 hours.
Roll out dough on hard surface with a rolling pin.
Add sauce, cheese, and desired toppings.
Bake.
